Do you like surprises?
It strongly depends on the surprise and the context of the surprise. I don't like it when people tell you something like, "I got you a present!" and then when you ask, "What is it?" and they say, "It's a surprise!" becuase it just negates the fact that it was a surprise in the first place. But I do like genuine positive surprises.

My middle name's Ann... No huge story behind it other than it's also my mother's middle name.

As far as personal communication goes... I like email and IM. I detest using the phone.
I like message boards and blogs when it comes to more of a mass communication type deal.

What was (or is) your favorite subject in school?
I usually liked English.... and when I was in college, I was particularly fond of math (probably because math was my easiest subject!)
What albums are in heavy rotation for you right now?
You know, it's interesting. I'm not really sure how to answer this question because I don't really think in terms of albums anymore. I think in terms of songs and I think in terms of artists, but not albums. I blame this pretty much on the fact that I listen to my music in digital format (mp3 or ogg). Thankfully, however, last.fm gives you the ability to see what albums you've listened to recently, along with tracks and artists.... So without further ado... This is what's been spinnin'. (I suppose I can still say that.... Hard drives spin).
